Vintage raw silk clutch from Saks 5th Ave

Beautiful vintage raw silk (I think) cream colored clutch from the early 1950’s. I think it’s raw silk- has a very rough texture to it, almost like it has gold threads woven through it. I’ve tried to take a good close up so you can get an idea. Has gold clasp closure. Inside is impeccable. This was my mother’s and lovingly kept in storage by her all these years.
