Vintage red floral kimono jacket

Red kimono jacket with big yellow and blue flowers. It is approximately 31 inches long and 22 inches wide at the underarm. I don't know that much about it, but it was considered "vintage" when it was imported from Japan in the 90's. I believe it is silk, but it's a courser texture that sort of feels like linen. It has a total of 3 holes on the sleeves, could be repaired or the sleeves could be removed and wear it as a vest.
