Vintage red polka dot sheath dress ruffle skirt

1980s red short sleeve dress with ruffle skirt and black polka dots. Ruching around waist. Back of dress has cute triangle keyhole opening and 2 black buttons (see above picture) A couple stray threads, but overall in good shape. Would be a super cute dress for New year's eve !
