Vintage red ruffled top

Fun vintage red ruffled top. Scoop neck with some elastic in it for stretch. Ruffles around neckline and more on sleeves. Woven non stretchy fabric. Possibly used to be a restaurant uniform? But is great for that tropical feeling outfit! Check measurements as this is vintage.
