Red 100% silk puffy petticoat skirt. High waist. Lots of red tulle for maximum pouf. Black underskirt attached. Under skirt is polyester. Back zipper w long straps you can tie in back or on the sides. Waist is 26". Can fit smaller due to tie waist. Color is true red not orangey like in picture. Only skirt is for sale in this listing. Other items pictured not for sale.

@dorkycorky This was a vintage girl's dress, so the tag portion on the bodice was not used, so I don't know the maker. It is upcycled, so I did alter it but did not make it.
