Vintage red turtleneck dressy blouse top

This is a unique gauzy red vintage blouse with a turtleneck-like neckline and buttons in the back. It’s got slight puff sleeves and thin shoulder pads that could be cut out. There are gathers at the front of the neckline. I believe the line is 1P Petites or Just Petites. It’s still got the store tag on it and has never been worn; just one little flaw up by shoulder (see pic 4). It’s made of a satin like fabric that is 100% polyester. Made in the USA. I believe it’s from the early eighties. Measures 20” across chest, 23” long with 24” sleeves.
