Vintage, red, white and blue, Women's wallet. Made in Hong Kong by Winston. Probably from the 1970s or 1980s. Plenty of room for Cards, pocket Change, dollar bills, and a Checkbook. See photos for details and measurements. No rips or stains that I saw.
