This cute orange tie-dye dress has an adjustable neckline and a cute tie in the back. it’s a size extra-large made by vintage refresh one size will fit most. I just don’t wear it because I have really big boobs and I have to wear a bra and I don’t like the top with the bra straps showing. Worn and washed once. Bust is 20” flat. Length 36”.
