Vintage resin and scarab bracelet! RARE and hard to find, Russian designer 💜❤️

This is a very rare piece! This bracelet is done in resin with colorful scarubs running all the way around the bracelet. Should fit medium to slightly larger wrist size. In good preowned condition but has some yellowing due to its age. I purchased this in 1999 and was told it was done by a famous Russian Jewelry designer, but I have researched and I am not sure who this individual is?
