Vintage resin clear ring encrusted with Swarovski crystals, you won’t see a ring even similiar to this one it was custom made. It fits my pinky so it is a small ring don’t know what size but I’m a thick girl so if your slender it will fit on any finger. If you are retaining water put it on your pinky. lol I would guess it’s between 4-5. Forgot to tell you it’s from the 70’s and it’s 45 years old.
