Vintage Rosecrest wool-like plaid pleated skirt. So cute! It’s giving cheerleader vibes or you could wear it in an edgy punk style. There is no tag stating the material but my guess is wool. It’s a rough material. The waist measures 12in laid flat. 19in top to bottom Smoke free, pet friendly. One small hole near the zipper, pictured.
