Vintage ring from the 1900’s

What I know about this ring is that it’s from the early 1900’s. The ring does have markings on the band, but I can’t tell what is printed, so I don’t know what kind of metal the ring is made from. The top and bottom stones are a dark blue, so maybe they’re sapphires, but that’s just my guess. The design on front of ring reminds me of a fleur-de-lis.
