Vintage roper floral maxi skirt

Like new condition vintage Roper skirt. Lightweight with a pleated design. Elastic is in great shape and the waist measures 13" flat (can stretch up to 18") and the skirt is 39" in length. The color is kind of a blue/green. Could be worn in the winter paired with a sweater and some boots or with a cute tank and sandals in the summer, making this a great year round option.
