Vintage royal blue dress

Light weight royal blue dress with lavender and green floral designs. Photo image 1 and 7 are closest to actual color, but still a bit light. Hand wash, drip dry. Previously loved, but in good condition. Tag removed because it was scratchy. Short split sleeves gathered at the shoulders. Upper dress has spaghetti straps under layer with hand painted design. Lower dress has same design on overlay. The waist is lightly gathered with matching green and blue ribbons for soft tie belt. Size 5/6. Casual dressy.
