Vintage dress in business grey ruffled

Vintage find, top condition - I didn’t try it on and I misjudged the size completely (it’s too big for me), so I never even wore it. Not sure if it was ever even worn before my possession of it either, doesn’t seem like it! Concealed zipper and a little slit for walking on the back. Fabric probably cotton (maybe a blend), with a satin lining. The brand is from Oakland.
