Vintage s. howard hirsh blouse

Paisley block pattern button up blouse from 60s-70s? Very cool fabric in excellent condition, wears more like a jacket than a blouse. Lining is slightly faded in armpits, as shown in photo. Missing bottom button, easily replaced (I can find a matching one and put it on if you'd like). Stored in plastic. This was my mother's vintage piece.
