Vintage sage green gingham dress

This dress is beyond adorable.- just look at those cape like sleeves!!!! True vintage sage green gingham with large butterscotch buttons. I purchased it for myself off of etsy, but the measurements weren't correct so it's too small. Sigh! The belt has some discoloration and is in fair condition - can be worn without it or with a different belt. Appears handmade. Fits like an XS. Good condition, small stain on inside lining but not noticeable from outside. See photos for measurements and details.
