Vintage sailor style long skirt

These are vintage U.S. Navy bell bottom pants circa 1960 that I converted to a long skirt in the 1970’s. I have included front and back sketches to show details and measurements. They were produced for the US Navy in the 50s . I bought them at an Army Navy store . They are marked a size 29R which is regular.The length is 36 1/2” long. Waist is 30”. There are no side seams if you notice there are inverted triangles where pants used to be . there is a partial lining on the waistband and the front flap. The skirt is 100% wool I have kept the 13 button front flap original. The color is a very dark navy almost black .. condition is used The back of the skirt has adjustable waist lacing. see my sketches for further information.
