Vintage scalloped button-up skirt

This black jean skirt is so chic and goes well with everything! It’s got 5 silver buttons and the bottom is scalloped- so pretty! I got it in a vintage shop in France, but didn’t realize that the waist was too big for me, so it’s never been worn. The tag says size 3 and I can’t find a conversion, but the waist is around 32 inches. I typically wear a size 6 and have a 29 1/2 inch waist, so this skirt fits loosely in the waist area for me.
