Vintage scarf / throw / neck tie

Colonial scene, men traveling riding horses accompanied by dogs. Love the image. Adorned by gold emblems around the edges and a (I believe) tuba. Very thin & soft material, I’d guess silk but there’s no tag. Measures 28” by 28”.
