Vintage semi precious stone multi strand necklace

Clasp marked silver. Ends and closure tested positive for silver. I tested the strands with my gem tester and I believe one strand to be amethyst and while the other stones, showed as semi precious. I have been unable to identify. The one clasp end is sewn on. Simply need to jump ring replacement. Easy fix, or leave alone.
