In excellent condition. I bought this piece at Macy’s Union Square in SF over 20 years ago. Still very elegant and sexy for a special dinner event or a nite out at a fancy luxury night club. All sequins n beads on intact. Beautifully details of work.

ellakirby Hi, i think i had one like this back in day. Does it have a silk tank/vest insert? Also, can you tell me the length of this top? Does it fall just below the waist?
