Vintage sequins/ beaded dress

NWT vintage Silky Nites dress. Navy dress with gold sequins. Keyhole back. Shoulder pads Loose threads around neckline with missing beads pic 14. May be missing other beads or sequins but nothing obvious besides neckline. Dress is a size Small, but listing as a large because I believe it is sized incorrectly. Sub2 Please look at measurements. Approximate measurements flat: Shoulders 18" Bust 21" Waist 18" Hips 20" Length 41.5"
