Vintage s.g.gilbert black dress with small waist, full skirt, long sleeves

Dress is vintage, previously owned, and does show signs of wear. Good wearable vintage condition but needs professional ironing, otherwise no stains, rips or other damage. No care tag, fabric is likely a cotton polyester blend. It has a tencel feel to it. Size 6 but the waist is very small, no stretch to the fabric (24") -- my size 8 form couldn't button the waist.
