Vintage sheer blue dress

Beautiful sheer blue, flouncy vintage dress. Appears to be handmade from the 40s/50s based on style. Small stain pictured, have not tried to get it out but could be easily covered with small embroidery. Measured flat 14 inch waist, 19 inch pit to pit, 45 inch shoulder to bottom hem.
