Vintage sheer short sleeved mint green blouse

Pleats, funky glam buttons and a 70s esq cuff. Mint green. Fits like a small/medium. Vintage but unsure what date. No label *there is a small stain on the collar (see attached) it’s hardly noticeable but I’ll see if I can fix and then update pics
