Vintage sheer top and tartan plaid pencil skirt

Top is sheer zipper down back has lace ruffle on sleeves and ruffle neck the pencil skirt is stretchy and both seemed to be hand made because of the lack of tags...although I will be doing more research because items might be missing tags because they were altered to fit. Any questions ask. Will sell separate.
