Adorable shift dress from the 1940's. Feminine bow detailing, thick eggshell material. No tag, but fits like 12 (comment for measurements). Hits at/ just below the knee. Very few minor signs of wear (it's vintage!), priced to reflect such.

mrsbuttons @teacakes007 not sure on the exact material, it's thick with a little bit of stretch. Bust is 24", then an A-line cut to 28" at the hem. From armpit to hem is 30" and arms are 16.25" around. I wore those for one of my bridal showers and just loved it!

mrsbuttons @teacakes007 oh, definitely could! There are seams along the bust than can be pulled in, as well as the seams down each side. I'm a true 12 and this fits perfectly, it might still work for you?

mrsbuttons @teacakes007 VERY minor- loose threading on top bow (pictured, but it's barely noticeable), and loose threading on bottom of hem each armpit, less than an inch.
