Vintage shift dress

What a unique piece! I’d date it to the 60s, but it could easily be 70s. Comes with a belt and all the belt loops appear to be intact. I can’t find the size tag, but I’d say about 12 or 14. I’ve attached measurement pictures to help you out. Feel free to ask any questions!
