Vintage short sleeve Chinese red dragon dress

This vintage 90’s Chinese red dragon dress with 2 splits is stunning!!! It fits comfortably and looks amazing on! It has a few flaws that are shown in the photos. The main one is the hole in the inseam on the left side (facing the front of dress). I do believe that it could be fixed though! this would look great with sneakers!
