Vintage shorts jumper/romper

Vintage shorts jumper. Bought vintage over 20 years ago. There’s no tags but I’m going to say sz medium. I’ve included measurement pics. There is a very slight stain on the bottom of the left leg and collar is discolored on the inside see pic. Zips up the back. It may be hand made but not sure. Super cute I just haven’t worn in many years.
