Super unique statement piece! This synthetic fabric shrug ties in the front. I’d classify this garment as fragile. Yes wear it out to a party! But I wouldn’t recommend rough housing in it ☺️ Some seams have been reinforced likely where the thread was weak. pit to pit approximately 15” if tied tight shoulder to hem 12.5” sleeve 21.2 5”
