Vintage signed Dragonfly Maiden Zuni Opal and Lapis Pendant by Rolanda Haloo

This is a spectacular vintage pendant by award-winning Zuni artist Rolanda Haloo Rolanda is reknowned for her Dragonfly Maidens and this one, being one of her older pieces, is quite intricate, one of a kind, and special. It's sterling (not so marked, as older pieces were not) but tests sterling. It is marked Zuni and RH - the artist's hallmark. Beautiful channel inlay forms the wings and body of the Maiden in blue/white/green opal with dark blue lapis accents She is about 2 3/4 in. wide and 1 7/8 in. long and weights just over 20 grams. Very nice vintage condition! The beautiful Dragonfly Maiden is strung on wire with lapis and two different sizes and colors of opal beads and finished with a sterling clasp It hangs 21.5 in. in length This beauty is really wearable art!
