Vintage silk and lace blouse

Vintage, maybe even antique, silk (I think) and lace blouse. It looks like it is handmade, there are no tags in it. Pit to pit is 19”, sleeve length from under arm is 17.5”, length from shoulder is 20”. From a smoke free home.
