Gorgeous cobalt 100%silk, vintage 70s or early 80s with smocked bottom. Meant to be an oversized fit, so while marked 12, can be worn from size 6 to 12. 22" pit to pit, 18" waist unstretched, 16 inch banded bottom unstretched. Button detail at back.
