Vintage silk flower print shift dress

Vintage silk cream shift dress with green/teal flower print. No label, size 9/10, equivalent to a modern size 0/2. Measurements at the chest, waist are about 17 inches across, hips 18 inches. Knee length, cotton-linen lining. There are a few stains on the lining and less noticeable yellowing around sleeve area, typical for vintage items (see photos).
