Vintage silk ruffle blouse

Silk ruffle blouse with adjustable shoulder straps. Straps can be tied and adjusted accordingly. Bust area has banding so it's flexible. The blouse was bought in 2004 and has minimal wearing. There is a spot on one of the ruffle as shown in the picture which can be removed by dry cleaning. The price has been adjusted accordingly so that purchaser can dry clean this beautiful blouse before wearing it. Pit to pit: 13" as is Total length: 15.5" (straps not included with measurement)
