Liz Claiborne’s high end Collection line from the 80s. Silk/rayon blend navy and cream gingham print with gold buttons. Some wear at wrists but truly in beautiful condition for its age. One small spot that blends into pattern and is hardly noticeable (see last 2 pics for flaws) vintage size 10… which is more like a modern 8
