Vintage silky lined cowl neck tank

I bought this top from a vintage store in Brooklyn. There are no tags (material or size or brand -could have green hand made?) but it fits like a S. 15.5 inch pit to pit laying flat, 22 inches from shoulder to hem. Gorgeous material. Only selling because I don’t love where it falls on my larger chest but every time I have worn, I have gotten tons of compliments. Lighting in my room isn’t great, it’s a pretty bright white,
