Vintage silver double heart inlaid swirl turquoise and white gemstone sz 6 ring

I received as a gift from a friend in 1988. I am not for sure of the metal, with opal or white stone and turquoise. It doesn’t stick to a magnet, but I don’t think it is sterling. It has been kept in my jewelry box all these years because it was too small. So basically never worn. I don’t think she wore it before she gave it to me. It is shiny like new. Very nice looking 1970’s love ring. Size 6. It says 84 with another symbol I can’t make out, and maybe a copy-write symbol in the inside. It is a snug fit because of its design. Very pretty.
