Vintage silver toned filigree statement necklace made in Germany

Vintage silver tones filigree statement necklace. Hard to see in the pic, but the clasp says made Germany. This is a super lightweight metal, almost feels like a plastic, but a bit sturdier. Not sure exactly fly what the material is, but it is very unique. Hook clasp. Excellent condition.
