Vintage size S Indigo Secretary Skirt

A vintage skirt from my grandmother, this piece must be from the 80's. I'm not sure of the brand, I think it was handmade. The size is a small or 4. The color is a brilliant indigo/blue. The material is a wool blend and the skirt hits just below the knees. The button is purple.
