Vintage skirt 1980s

Beautiful vintage skirt I’ve had since it was brand new. It looks like at some point I added new elastic to the waistband. The photos show the inside of the skirt where I added the elastic, the outside is perfect. I saw the skirt on television show from the 80s. No issues, no stains, no rips, no holes except on the inside as shown in the photo. I assume there might be fading from time but not that I noticed. Measurements: Length: 36 inches Waist: 14 inches unstretched
