Vintage skirt

Beautiful vintage skirt in sea foam green! ONLY flaw is that it’s missing its string woven into the elastic waistband (see pic where it would have gone). However, the skirt is still 100% fully functional w/out it! It’s really fine w/ just the elastic waistband🙂 also see pic for material thickness: can be worn without a slip!
