Vintage skirt

Hand made vintage skirt constructed from a blanket. Faux wrap with fringe. I wore this in the mid 70,s. It has been in storage for years and is free of stains, holes, odors, or snags. Waistline measures 18.5 inches and has very little give. I am sizing this as a large based on measurements. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS. Comes from a non smoking, dog loving home. Bin 4
