For sure Only One in the world! Bought in Europe 30 years ago for what is the equivalent of $2,000 Euros. Worn twice, once by my mom and once by me. This skirt has so many detailing! It can also be worn as a strapless dress. The color in the pictures does not do it justice 👌🏻 would fit a size 4-6 best.
