No flaws on the exterior of the skirt There is a small run on the inner lining, near the side zipper There are some green marker marks on the inside of the skirt Layered Ruffles at the hem Waist measures 17.5” laying flat Waist to hem measures 24” Side zipper measures 7”, with an interior hook and eye closure No materials/wash tag on this item. I assume the material is wool and wash is dry clean only
