Vintage sleeveless Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue 2 piece Velvet silk dress

This is a beautiful black velvet Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue, two piece evening black tie, wedding, formal dress. This dress has a train. This dress also has a small cropped jacket to wear over the sleeveless dress. No shoulder straps completely sleevless. It has wire inserts around the chest to keep it snug and a beautiful V with a zipper back. Again it is sleeveless and what makes it, so beautiful is the train. This dress was worn one time at a wedding as a maid of honor dress it was worn in the winter as it has the long sleeve crop jacket which has two buttons on either side of the sleeves as well as padded shoulders. The dress is fully lined. The dress itself says size 4, and the jacket size 8 the jacket I would say still would be a size small maybe medium.sleeveless
