Vintage slip or skirt

Gorgeous maxi slip that would also make a wonderful skirt. Vintage. Material has a sheen to it. Beautiful detailing at hemline. Size would be small based on measurements. elastic waist measures 11 inches but can stretch to 17. Mid way down slip, the flat measurement is 23 inches. The width of the hemline flat is 29 inches. Length is 38. It has been machine washed and hung dry. Excellent. One flaw. Slight pinkish hue on inside hemline that is ever so slightly visible.
