Vintage smoke show hand beaded dress- ART!

This is an original dress from a lovely rich bitch store back in the day. A joint partnership between Liza Carr and Garfinckel’s when it was common to co-brand. I want to keep it, but if someone wants this bad enough to pay the price, it is meant for them. Over 20 years plus old, with tags, brand new, and never worn. The lady that purchased this had it in her dream closet. She never got to wear it, someone should rock it!
